Danqing Liu (b. 1993), graduate of the School of Visual Arts, New York, is currently based between Tokyo and Shanghai.
Her practice draws on Chinese and Japanese garden traditions to explore the coexistence of city and nature, the contemporary resonance of reclusion, and the dialogues between Chinese and Japanese art.
